8. About the “Serengy Era” Public Non-Governmental Organization
The “Human or We” (Serengy Era) NGO was established in 2021 by a group of young Mongolians united under the new philosophical ideas contained in the “Serengy Era” book. Its primary mission is to introduce and disseminate the book to the public. Additionally, the organization consists of Mongolian youth who aspire to contribute their strength, time, and collective effort to support and participate in the works of THEM—to cultivate the Serengy Ideology within human consciousness and gradually guide humanity toward a new, ethics-based mindset.
The mission of the organization is to promote the Serengy Ideology—an ideology grounded not in material living but in conscious intelligence; to prepare Serengy Humans; to harmonize and unify diverse patterns of societal psychologies through them; to engage in moral and cultural development; and ultimately, to actively participate in shaping a humane society built upon ethical principles rather than legal constraint.
The “Serengy Era” NGO serves as the full legal representative of the “Serengy Era” Guild—especially in interactions and cooperation with the public, legal entities, and partnering organizations—and stands as the primary entity representing the Guild’s interests and conceptual perspectives.
The organization operates under internal regulations approved in compliance with the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations. It uses its own official seal, logo, bank account, and template in carrying out its activities.
The NGO consists of a Board of Directors, a Monitoring Board, and an Executive Administration. The rights, duties, composition, selection procedures, and terms of office for these units are defined within the organization’s internal regulations.
