An Attendant who has thoroughly understood the knowledge of the core concepts, ideology, and ethical principles presented in the book “Serengy Era”, its narrative patterns, influences, and pathways of conscious development, and the subtle, unseen methods of igniting one’s inner awakening and who has correctly comprehended the permissions and limitations regarding the use of this subtle influence, may be selected and appointed as a Intern Guide. The authority to make this appointment rests solely with the Prime Guide.
The Intern Guide, who stands as the representation of the concept of the Serengy Human, is an individual who has awakened their inner Genesis spirit through the guidance and support of their ancestral Elders, connected themselves to an additional source of information, and internalized a certain level of understanding about the true meaning of human life. As a person who has matured through the ability to sense subtle influences and adopted a life aligned with the Law of Existence, this individual shall serve as a model for others—encouraging, guiding, and inspiring people toward the Serengy Ideology. A Intern Guide must fully recognize that they are a principal agent who leads, exemplifies, and ushers others onto this path.
A Intern Guide of the “Serengy Era” Guild is one of its principal representatives and leaders. Such a person is unwavering in their conviction, honors the title of Serengy Human, exemplifies qualities worthy of imitation by ordinary Attendants, and upholds the dignity of both themselves and their ancestral Elders with integrity and ethical conduct.
An Attendant who serves in the role of Intern Guide must clearly recognize that, although they operate within the spheres of inner dependency of other Attendants, they do so not through the influence of the Elders of their own ancestral lineage, but through the assistance of a designated Elder – Guide authorized with a specific right — a special Elder appointed from the foundational source guiding the entire Book Guild. This awareness must be firmly established within them.
The Intern Guides represent the exemplary group of individuals who possess dual-capable intellect—those who can think through both the “method” (or operational) and “wisdom” (or spiritual), harmonizing rational understanding with conscious spiritual insight.
A Intern Guide may be elevated to the rank of Guide based on several factors: their accumulated experiences and personal development; the degree to which they have surpassed their inherent capacities and education; how sincerely and consistently they uphold the teachings, influences, and moral discipline of their ancestral Elders; and the depth and balance of their growth in embodying the model of the Law of Existence—expressed through love, compassion, and humane kindheartedness. This advancement is a possibility open to all Intern Guides.
Advancement from Intern Guide to Guide is not determined by the Guild’s internal regulations nor by the decision of the Prime Guide alone. According to the rules of the Guild, the final decision for elevation in rank is made by the Foundational Source of Origination—the core ancestral locus.
